Our Charge Conference will be held this coming Wednesday, October 22, at 6 pm in the meeting room.   Our District Superintendent, Rev. Dr. Michael McQueen, will be present to lead the meeting.

All members of the Church Council are expected to attend.

This Saturday, October 25, we shall participate in Doraville’s Trunk or Treat in Honeysuckle Park: set up by 4 pm; event starts at 5 pm. We thank Tracy Lettsome for receiving candy from her friend, Joy, to be given out to the kids. Please let Winston know if you can participate.

Our Prayer Walk in the Community is next Sunday, October 26, immediately after worship. Everyone is invited to join, and seniors may prayer-drive. We shall have a short worship service and then walk/drive for about an hour and 15 minutes. We shall be assigned streets, travelling in twos as Jesus directed his disciples to do, and stopping in front of each home and praying for the residents of that home. After praying for the residents of each home, please record the house number. After our walk, we shall return to the sanctuary for a closing prayer and refreshments.

Sunday, November 2, will be our “All Saints Remembrance Service,” when we shall remember our loved ones and friends who have passed between November 1, 2024, and November 1, 2025.
We, therefore, remind you to e-mail a photo of your loved one(s) to Marita at mworrel20@aol.com as soon as possible. May God Almighty have mercy on us all.
